The house has recently been styled in 'Ibiza' style and equipped with every luxury that will ensure you have a princely stay.

Villa Pacha has solar panels and an air conditioning system for sustainable comfort.

General:
The house is located in a quiet area in the Mas Toi residential area of the municipality of Calonge. In this region you will find unspoilt nature, rocky cliffs, shopping, going out, mountain bike trails, small villages and the most beautiful beaches within a short distance, such as:
- Snorkeling at Platja La Fosca
- Shopping in Platja d'Aro
- Eating tapas in Palamos
The Costa Brava has many beautiful beaches, bays and villages, all of which are worth a visit.

Home:
The first thing you notice in the house is the tasteful furnishings in 'Ibiza' style, which immediately gives you a holiday feeling. The living area is built entirely on one layer, making everything in the house comfortably accessible and allowing you to walk straight into the garden.

The detached house consists of 2 floors:

Street level:

• Garage with driveway for the car.
• Outside stairs to the front door.

Living floor:

• Living room with cozy Ibiza-style furnishings, fireplace with 2-person seat, 6-person dining table with bench and chairs, sideboard with flat screen TV, sofa with coffee table.
• Fully equipped spacious kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cupboard space, cutlery, plates, glassware and kitchen linen.
• Bathroom 1 with shower, sink and toilet.
• Bathroom 2 with bath, sink, toilet and washing machine.
• Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and is trendyly styled with a double bed, air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air conditioning, TV, built-in wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3 has two single beds, desk and a built-in wardrobe.
• Cupboard with vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, broom, cleaning products, etc

Garden:
The attractive house is located in a small-scale residential area on a dead-end road. Because the garden is higher than the road, you have maximum privacy.

• The Mediterranean garden offers a choice of sun and shade spots all day long.
• From the garden and the swimming pool you have a beautiful view over the valley and the forests, so you can relax.
• Swimming pool dimensions 4 x 9 meters with fixed stairs.

• Smoking in the house is not allowed.
