Villa La Haya

Villa La Haya is a charming and atmospheric villa, well maintained and with beautiful views.

The villa has a wonderfully large swimming pool (10x5m) surrounded by plenty of space for sunbathing on the sunbeds or relaxing on the terrace with pergola.

At street level is the entrance of the villa, where you enter on the 2nd floor.
From the hall there is a bedroom with a double bed with balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool, with adjoining private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
From the hall access to the well-equipped kitchen, also to the living room with 2-seater sofa and
2 armchairs and 2 relax chairs, fireplace with fireplace, TV; and to the dining room, with dining table with 4 chairs, which open onto the attractive terrace with beautiful views, with dining table and 4 chairs and bbq.

If you take the marble staircase down you will find the other 2 bedrooms; on the left a bedroom with two single beds (can also be put together) with adjoining private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and with a balcony with stairs to the lower terrace and summer kitchen.

To the right the master bedroom with a double bed and luxurious bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and sink with marble surround; this bedroom opens onto the adjoining conservatory/covered terrace with cozy sitting area with a sea view! (there is also access to this terrace from the hall).

The outdoor terrace (accessible via the master bedroom or via the conservatory/covered terrace or to the left of the house), with dining table (4 chairs) and transitioning into the cosy, cozy terrace in front of the 'summer kitchen' with lounge seating area and separate BBQ (on gas) .
The summer kitchen is equipped with a large fridge / freezer, sink, new dishwasher, microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses etc.
From the summer kitchen to a separate toilet with sink, also to a fully tiled room with sauna (and separate shower).
Relaxing in the sauna... Swedish research shows that the level of serotonin, a body's own substance that makes you feel happy and relaxed, increases in your blood when you regularly visit the sauna :)
