Several supermarkets and a petrol station are just a short drive away.
Many beaches and coves can be found in the immediate vicinity, such as the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge within 10 minutes and the harbor and beach of Palamós with historic center within 15 minutes.
The privately located Casa Alegre has a beautiful swimming pool, for swimming or relaxing on the sunbeds, a large terrace covered with pergola with beautiful views of the green surroundings.
At street level is the entrance of the house, which you enter on the 1st floor.
From the hall access to the garage, here is the washing machine and an extra fridge (not for parking); can be used for example for your bicycle. Your car can be parked on the street.
From the hall there is a bedroom with box springs (new hotel quality box springs) with terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, next to it a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin; next to it the 2nd bedroom with box springs (new hotel quality box springs), with also access to the terrace.
Via the stairs down to the living room with 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, fireplace with fireplace, TV; and the dining area with dining table with 6 chairs, with open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine.
To the left of the kitchen access to the third bedroom, with box springs (new hotel quality box springs) and adjacent the 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned!
From the living/dining room through the patio doors to the large terrace covered with pergola, on the first part a 2-person lounge set, on the second part a beautiful large terrace dining table (with 8 chairs) and with a beautiful view of the green surroundings.
