The villa has a lovely large swimming pool (10x5m) surrounded by plenty of space to sunbathe on the sun beds or relax on the terrace with pergola.
At street level is the entrance of the villa, where you enter on the 2nd floor.
From the hall there is a bedroom with double bed with balcony overlooking the garden and pool, with adjoining private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
From the hall access to the well-equipped kitchen, also to the living room with 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs and 2 relax chairs, fireplace with fireplace, TV; and to the dining room, with dining table with 4 chairs, which open onto the attractive terrace with beautiful views, with dining table and 4 chairs and bbq.
If you take the marble staircase down from the hall you will find the other 2 bedrooms; On the left a bedroom with two single beds with adjoining private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and with balcony with stairs to the downstairs terrace and summer kitchen.
To the right the master bedroom with double bed with luxurious bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and sink with marble casing; This bedroom opens onto the adjoining conservatory/covered terrace with cozy sitting area with sea views! (there is also access to this terrace from the hall).
The outdoor terrace (accessible via the master bedroom or via the conservatory/covered terrace or to the left of the house), with dining table (6 chairs) merging into the cozy, cozy terrace in front of the 'summer kitchen' with lounge-sitting area and separate bbq (on gas).
