Casa Monica in Begur consists of three independent parts that together can accommodate 14 people and therefore ideal for a stay with two or three families while maintaining privacy.
Between the houses is a very nice private swimming pool with a large terrace. The houses are quietly located on a small road. The large 15 meter wide main terrace has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and is equipped with a large dining table, lounge set and barbecue, so you can all enjoy this wonderful place together!
Each house has its own access and facilities. The "main house" consists of two individual parts. To the left of the carport is a modern apartment/guest house for 4 people, built in beautiful "Miami style". It is very beautifully finished both inside and out and equipped with every luxury. In addition to two bedrooms and a large bathroom, you have a living room with TV and open kitchen with hob, microwave and coffee maker. In front of the apartment is a wide terrace with beautiful sea views.
To the right of the carport is the access to the main house. An internal staircase leads to the spacious dining room, next to which the salon with sea view. Adjacent to the salon is a huge terrace with sea view and a large dining table and a luxurious lounge set. On the other side of the dining room is the large and very complete kitchen and utility room. This is of course equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and other appliances. Upstairs there are two 2-person bedrooms with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.
As mentioned, there is a beautiful swimming pool between the houses. Around the basin is a wooden terrace which you have enough furniture to relax and enjoy the sun and the view. The entrance to this part of the site is closed with an electrically operated carport. So you can park your car on site.
The third accommodation unit is a second house, suitable for 6 people, and is located on the other side of the pool. You have your own access from the street, to the higher house. In this house you have three 2-person bedrooms, equipped with good beds, mattresses and duvets.
The 6-person house, which is built in authentic Catalan style, also has a spacious private terrace with garden furniture and sea view. The kitchen is also fully equipped and therefore fully equipped. The house has a separate bathroom and toilet with sink.
Your stay exudes luxury and tranquility. About 1.5 kilometers away is the beautiful bay of Sa Tuna, with some excellent restaurants. The village of Begur is also about 1.5 kilometers away and has a typical Catalan atmosphere and appearance with its castle, market and restaurants. The beautiful golf courses of Pals and Empordà are about 10 km away.
