Villa Figueras

Villa Figueras (for 6 people)  is located in a quiet area, on a cul-de-sac. 
The villa is fully equipped, garden has a beautiful lawn to play for the kids, a large swimming pool which can be seen from the terrace. The garden offers a lot of privacy, at the rear of the villa is the forest area.

On the side of the villa there is a cozy bar, where a fixed BBQ has been placed.
The villa has a driveway where the car can be parked, there is also a garage but there is no possibility to park a car. The washing machine and dryer are in the garage, but you can place your empty suitcases/bags,  beach equipment or bicycles there. The coast is easily accessible by bike.

On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen, a separate toilet, the entrance to the garage and a staircase to the upper floor. In the living room you can go through French doors to the terrace.  This is completely covered, a lovely shady spot.  From the kitchen you can go with a door to the terrace next to the house, which is connected to the bar and BBQ,  there you can turn out an awning with which you can eat lkkr in the shade. 

In the living room there is a TV that has Dutch channels, there is also Wifi in the villa.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, all with garden and pool views. Of which 2 bedrooms have access to a balcony. 1 double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower in a bathtub. There is also a bathroom with a shower cubicle.
All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning that can be used at night. 

A very complete villa where many families have already had a wonderful holiday.
