A fantastically located 8-person holiday villa with sea views and private swimming pool, just an 8-minute drive from the sandy beach and the pleasant boulevard of Sant Antoni de Calonge. The villa is located in the quiet area of Mas Pere in the village of Calonge with all amenities close by, such as restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The villa has recently been completely renovated, including a completely new kitchen. In addition, the entire house has been completely redesigned.

Area
The villa is located in a green wooded area with direct access to hiking and mountain bike trails. In the immediate vicinity there are charming villages, old towns, the most beautiful beaches and golf courses. There is plenty to do for everyone. You can eat delicious tapas in Palamos, enjoy terraces in Calonge and Sant Feliu de Guixols, taste local wines at one of the wineries in the area or visit the beautiful cities of Barcelona, Girona and Figueres. You can enjoy the sun and the sea on one of the many beaches in the area, such as Sant Antoni de Calonge, Platja d'Aro, Platja La Fosca, Playa El Castell. For golfers, there are no fewer than 7 top courses with all 18 to 36 holes available within a 30-minute drive. Of course it is also wonderful to take a dip in your private pool and have a BBQ in the garden.

The Villa
On the terrace, which is directly adjacent to the living room, you look out over the sea, the bay of Palamos and the village of Calonge. The villa was built in a characteristic Spanish style, but has recently been completely modernized and equipped with every luxury. This way you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest!

The detached villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is on the first floor.

Ground floor:

• Cozy and modern living room with spacious sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table for 8 people, fireplace.
• Spacious open kitchen with bar, equipped with all amenities (large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), kettle and toaster.
• Utility room with washing machine, extra sink and pantries.
• 1 bedroom (master) with double bed (180 x 200), fitted wardrobe, air conditioning.
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), fitted wardrobe, air conditioning.
• 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90 x 200), fitted wardrobe, air conditioning.
• 2 bathrooms, both with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
• Large - partly covered - terrace with dining table for 8 people and cozy seating area.
• It is possible to close the terrace for small children, so that they cannot go to the garden and swimming pool independently. The gate at the outside stairs can be locked with a key.

First floor:

• Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), cupboard, air conditioning.

Garden:

• Fixed outdoor BBQ with picnic table for 8 people.
• Lounge set and hammock under veranda.
• Private swimming pool (11m x 5m) with sunbeds. Depth increasing from approximately 1.0 meters to approximately 2.0 meters.
• Carport and separate driveway (plenty of free parking on the street).
• Trampoline.
• Table tennis table (can be booked separately)
• There are various fruit and palm trees around the house.

Particularities:

• Arrival on Sundays is in principle not possible. Sunday is the departure day. Ask us about the possibilities.
• The house is located on a dead end road, so you are not bothered by through traffic.
• In the Mas Pere district the roads are being resurfaced. This will probably last until Q3 2024.
• Smoking in the house is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No rental to young people under 30 years of age.
• Electricity, gas and water are included. However, if you use more than average, these additional costs will be passed on to you.
• Swimming pool is cleaned twice a week.
• The swimming pool can be closed for small children by means of a gate with a lock.
• WiFi speed: 100 Mbps.
• Key transfer and on-site assistance by our local representative (language English and Spanish)
• Beds are made upon arrival.
• Pay tourist tax on site to our local representative.
• An iron and ironing board are provided.
