This villa is located on the top of a hill in Calonge. It has beautiful views over land and sea and is surrounded on three sides by forest. It is a quiet place, but also close to the old town of Calonge, the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. In the vicinity are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Three bedrooms. One with a double bed, ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a loft bed.
One of the air conditioning units is also located in the hall to the bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.
Screen doors in the dining room and in one of the bedrooms. The two other bedrooms have screens.
Outside
Fenced plot. Directly situated in the forest on three sides with a view of the sea at the front. Front faces south. Several terraces on different levels - one of which is covered - with views over land and sea. The pool is south-facing and has the sun all day long. Swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Outdoor shower available. Outdoor tables (2) and (reclining) chairs. Gas BBQ and stone BBQ. Outdoor and pool lighting. Table tennis table. Driveway for several cars (lockable).

NB: new pipelines will be installed in the district and the streets will be asphalted in the coming period. The asphalting is (still) bad, especially in the last part to the house.
