The villa is located in a quiet suburb of Calonge with little traffic and has plenty of privacy. Lovely large (and flat) garden of over 1.000m2. Because of its location on the south there is sun of early morning to late evening. Several terraces with chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds. Covered patio. Barbeque. Several trees provide shade. In the (heated) swimming pool is also in the spring and autumn (May, June, September and October) swim. The water is always at least 25 degrees!
There are 4 bedrooms all with excellent beds (200cm min).
All facilities with washer and dryer to TV and WIFI.
Very child friendly flat garden and the ability to secure the pool for small children by fences.
Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. Three times a week, the pool is cleaned. Automatic watering garden.

Calonge is centrally located in the Costa Brava. Near many opportunities for amusement and entertainment. Beach with all services 3.5 km, large aqua park 10 minutes away. Cute fashionable resort (Playa d'Aro) 10 minutes away. Characteristic fishing port of Palamos with private auction at 8 km. Barcelona 100km. Several golf courses within a 20 km radius. Just 40 km from Girona airport.

Hi, We are Leo and Lucy Roobol and since 2003 owner of this lovely home. Since we ourselves especially in the spring and autumn use it, we have three years ago decided to rent the house the weeks we don't use it ourselves. The house is then managed by Villa Gavarres, a Dutch couple who lives in Calonge for 12 years allready. They ensure that the house for every tenant in perfect condition and will be clean and are always available if you have questions.
