The villa is located in a quiet suburb of Calonge with little traffic and has plenty of privacy. Lovely large (and flat) garden of over 1.000m2. Because of its location on the south there is sun of early morning to late evening. Several terraces with chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds. Covered patio. Barbeque. Several trees provide shade. In the (heated) swimming pool is also in the spring and autumn (May, June, September and October) swim. The water is always at least 25 degrees!

Just 40 km from Girona airport.
