Welcome to our detached holiday home, for up to 8 people, on the beautiful bay of Palamós and Sant Antoni de Calonge. This comfortable house with private pool, several terraces are located on the perfect side of the mountain so that you can fully enjoy the sun and the breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding green hills all day long is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava.

The house consists of two spacious floors and is equipped with all modern conveniences:

Ground floor:

New open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, milk frother and all kitchen utensils.

Cozy living and dining room with dining table, seating, TV and air conditioning.

Patio doors from the kitchen and living room lead to a covered porch with beautiful sea, mountain and private pool views. On the veranda there is a large dining table where you can eat and drink with a view of the sea and mountains.

• Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
• Spacious hall and large utility room with extra fridge, extra dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Upper floor:

• Bedroom with two single beds.
• Large bedroom with comfortable double bed (160 cm wide

• Master bedroom with comfortable double bed (180 cm wide) with spacious walk-in closet and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The two large bedrooms share a lovely balcony with sea views and each has a desk, should you want to work from abroad.

All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning,  so you can sleep comfortably even during hot summer days. One bedroom has a separate ceiling fan in addition to the air conditioning.

Outside you will find several terraces, sunbeds and seating areas, ideal for relaxing with a book, a drink or just to enjoy the view. And of course there is the private swimming pool to cool off in.

• Barcelona ± 1 hour and 15 minute drive — ideal for a day trip

• The house is suitable to stay there all year round, to work from abroad. Platja d'Aro is lively all year round.

The check-in is done by our Catalan cousin Monica who speaks reasonable English. We have nice Swiss, French, Catalan, and Dutch neighbors, some of whom live there semi-permanently.
