Villa Los Primos is located 10 min drive from the beach of Calonge and 3 km from the local supermarket. The villa offers many extras such as hotel quality linen, beach towels and towels, a welcome tray, security, and a stylish interior.

The 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and the various terraces offer a lot of privacy. This makes the villa the perfect base for groups and families.
Villa Los Primos offers beautiful communal outdoor areas a kitchen, the living room and pool area with sunbeds for each guest, a lounge area and a terrace with a large bbq and dining area for 12 people. 

The different spaces: 

• On the ground floor spacious hall followed by three bedrooms with large beds and three bathrooms, all with shower, toilet and sink and one with a lovely bath. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The tower room has a view of the sea and the pool.  Air conditioning in all rooms. There is also a garage where there is still room for one car to park.

• On the first floor there is a living room with cozy round lounge and fireplace. A spacious kitchen with all luxury appliances and a separate TV room. Adjacent to the hall is a spacious separate toilet. From the kitchen you walk out onto the beautiful new terrace with great sea, mountain and valley views. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely and spacious terrace with various lounge sets to spend sultry summer evenings or retreat with a good book.

• On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, each with large double beds that can also be separated. Also a bathroom also with shower, sink and toilet. Two of the bedrooms have access to the upper terrace with amazing views of the sea and mountains.
