Most important points rental conditions ( the complete conditions will follow when booking ).
1. Books
30% of the rental price must be paid at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation 
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of cancellation by the tenant:
• In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
3. Liability of the tenant
The house is not rented to young people.
4. Maximum number of people
A maximum of 8 people (older than 1 year) may stay in the house.
5. Parking
Parking of the renter's car is only on the public road in front of the house. The large gate with access to the steep ramp to garage remains closed during the stay.
6. Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival from 16.00 check-in, in consultation with host. On the day of departure, the tenant must leave the house before 10.00 am.
7. End of stay and cleaning
The rented holiday home must always be left tidy after your stay; including putting all furniture inside and outside back as you found it and taking your own garbage with you. When leaving garbage behind, 50 euros will be deducted from the deposit.
8. Leaving the house
The deposit will be refunded to the tenant within a week after the end of the stay.
