Our house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool (8X4m), completely new modern kitchen and all comfort. Our Mas is located on an 18 ha domain in the middle of a protected nature reserve. The GR11 comes through the domain.

Ideally located for families who want to spend a quiet holiday in the mountains and still want to drive to the sea (40km - Rosas) or visit some cities (Perpignan 60km), Figueras (25km), Gerona (70km).

The views from the various terraces are unrivaled. We are completely alone on a mountain. The location and the views mean that we are a little further from the village (8 km) and large shopping center (10 km - la Jonquera) and that the road to the house is a slope. No worries a high-lying car (SUV) or small car with short axle comes up without problems. We also keep 4 horses at the mas as well as chickens and a beautiful vegetable garden.

We, the owners, are Belgians, who bought this mas in 2013 and then renewed it in its original style. We have a permanent manager who comes to the house every day to feed the horses and the chickens and to take care of the swimming pool. If requested, he can bring bread and other groceries from the dork in the morning.

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
