Soon we were completely in love with Vistabella Golf. The peace, the space, the conviviality, the golf course, the restaurants, everything is there. Whether you want to lie by the spacious pool all day, or prefer to take the car to look for the special places in Spain, the sea, the cities such as Murcia and Cartagena, it is all doable.
The markets and squares complete the excursions.
La Zenia, Torrevieja, Punta Prima.!! But also the interior where you can still get lost and where you can rediscover a country.
We have been here for 2 years now but we still see new roads, surprising restaurants or hidden castles.
Come and enjoy the peace, the silence but also the hustle and bustle of the beach and the shopping centers

Hello, we are Frits and Karla and we live in the heart of the Netherlands.
In March 2022, we fell in love with the fun resort of Vistabella Golf. You can enjoy delicious food at the resort, or luxury food at Punta Prima or
Punte Caliente or you can drive to the coast with its countless restaurants. We are happy to rent out our non-smoking apartment to people who love the peace and quiet and the wonderful climate.
No disco, but a padel court, no noise, but a golf course and a spacious swimming pool, and cozy cafes.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant for any reason the
rented on the agreed date, must be
immediately inform the landlord. A
Telephone notification must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by e-mail.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, he remains 25% of the rental price
due; in case of cancellation up to 2 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the
start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant does not have to wait until the start date or during the rental period
states that they will not (or no longer) use the leased property,
he owes the full rent.

the water basin is really beautiful! you can drive all the way around it and there are viewpoints everywhere with parking places and benches

The beach is a fifteen minute drive away. There is always enough parking space and the countless terraces are a great place to relax while the children play or swim.
