We are a Dutch retired couple who recently discovered wonderful Spain. After a wonderful holiday there, we decided to buy an apartment ourselves. We want to go there ourselves at times in the winter, the rest of the year we want to rent out, so that the apartment is largely inhabited all year round. We fell in love with the tranquility in that region and especially in Vistabella Golf and the beautiful views.
