Soon we were completely in love with Vistabella Golf. The peace, the space, the conviviality, the golf course, the restaurants, everything is there. Whether you want to lie by the spacious pool all day, or prefer to take the car to look for the special places in Spain, the sea, the cities such as Murcia and Cartagena, it is all doable.
The markets and squares complete the excursions.
La Zenia, Torrevieja, Punta Prima.!! But also the interior where you can still get lost and where you can rediscover a country.
We have been here for 2 years now but we still see new roads, surprising restaurants or hidden castles.

Hello, we are Frits and Karla and we live in the heart of the Netherlands.
In March 2022, we fell in love with the fun resort of Vistabella Golf. You can enjoy delicious food on the coast or at the resort, or luxury food at Punta Prima or
Punte Caliente. We are happy to rent out our non-smoking apartment to people who love the peace and quiet and the wonderful climate.
No disco, but a padel court, no noise, but a golf course and a spacious swimming pool.

You can cancel free of charge up to 1 week in advance. Within 1 week you pay 50% Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to come due to circumstances.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Als de huurder om welke reden dan ook de
huur op de vaste datum niet opzegt, dient hij
de verhuurder deze onmiddellijk op de hoogte te stellen. Een
telefonische melding dient altijd schriftelijk of per e-mail aan de verhuurder te worden bevestigd.
Indien de huurder de overeenkomst annuleert in de periode tot 4 weken
voor de aanvangsdatum van de huurperiode, blijft hij 25% van de huurprijs
verschuldigd; bij annulering tot 2 weken 40% en vanaf 2 weken tot de
aanvangsdatum van de huurperiode 50%.
Als de huurder niet tot de aanvangsdatum hoeft te wachten gedurende de huurperiode
geen gebruik (meer) van het gehuurde maakt, blijft
hij de volledige huurprijs verschuldigd.

the water basin is really beautiful! you can drive all the way around it and there are viewpoints everywhere with parking places and benches

The beach is a fifteen minute drive away. There is always enough parking space and the countless terraces are a great place to relax while the children play or swim.
