 We quickly fell in love with Vistabella Golf. The peace, the space, the conviviality, the golf course, the restaurants, everything is there. Whether you want to lie by the spacious swimming pool all day, or prefer to take the car and look for the special places in Spain, the sea, the cities such as Murcia and Cartagena, it is all possible.

hello, we are Frits and Karla and live in the heart of the Netherlands.
We were both teachers in our working lives and lovingly guided our youth into young adults.
In March 2023 we fell head over heels for the lovely Vistabella Golf resort. You can enjoy delicious food on the coast or luxury food at Punta Prima.
We are happy to rent our apartment to people who love the peace and quiet and the wonderful climate.
No disco, no noise, but a golf course and a spacious swimming pool.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant, for whatever reason,
rented on the agreed date cannot, will or will not accept, must
to inform the lessor of this immediately. A
notification of this by telephone must always be confirmed to the lessor in writing or by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, he remains 25% of the rental price
owed; if canceled up to 2 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the
starting date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
announces that it will not use the rented property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.

In the garden are also several peace palms. They all have a name of the giver. As pathetic plants they were given away and then treated with lot of love to grow into this great result. In the tea house in the background one can sit cozy and drink something.
There is a small orchard where fruits grow for personal use of the owners, but also for the birds are a delicacy. Sometimes these branches are so full of plums that they depend entirely on the ground.
For the little ones there is a swing, a scooter and a seesaw snail. But there are also many other small toys available. The older ones can enjoy themselves with a table football game, table tennis, jeu de boules or by playing shuffleboard.
Also find the cacti in the garden. This one will get beautiful flowers. The fruit of this cactus are indeed delicious to eat or to put in a juicer. It does take a special treatment, because otherwise you'll keep for days affected by the stimulus particles that sit on the fruit.
Besides palms and cacti the garden is also remarkable for the variety of beautiful sculptures and rocks.
Or is cheerfully made with nice pictures of flowers.
Cozy dining at one of several tables in the garden with stunning views of the mountains is something else than on the private terrace or eat inside. In the evening the garden lights gives a special ambience! Barbecue is available.
The plot is completely fenced. From the well maintained garden you look out on a beautiful nature, where it's good hiking. And at night you can see the lights of Alicante.

The mountain Cabeço d'Or at Busot (5 km. from the villa) is also a wonderful area for walking. It lets you see beautiful ridges and many landscaped terraces plot which the Moorish past is remembered.
Nearby are the caves of Canelobre what Valencian for chandelier (740 AD. Discovered by the Moors). Besides the beautiful stalagmites and stalactites there is a great acoustics and therefore are given concerts.
This is a beautiful drive along beautifully colored rocks to do with the car, motorcycle or scooter. Really worth it!
Although the majority is lived outside, it is also nicely furnished inside. It has a homely atmosphere with lots of books for the enthusiast. The temperature can be regulated via the combi air conditioning / heating. Cooling in the summer and warmth in the winter. Moreover, everything is ground level.

Very extensive channel package available, many sports channels, recent films/series can be watched, but also from the old box. Free WIFI.
Open kitchen 1. Choice of coffee filter machine, Senseo, Dulce gusto and a Nespresso machine. There is also a dishwasher, combination microwave, oven, kettle, rice steamer, toaster, hand blender, juicer, sandwich maker, egg cooker.
There are 2 bathrooms. Both have a shower cabin, a sink, mirror and a toilet.
Small is beautiful.
Obviously, lots of space. Moreover, there is an electric heater radius drawstring present for the snowbirds.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with a good mattress. With the roller shutter the room can be darkened completely so a siesta quickly becomes very attractive. Moreover, it keeps the heat outside.
Bedroom 2 is also well taken care of and also has a twin. The room is equipped with screens, shutters and air conditioning. Pillows and duvets are provided, as well as the linen before.
Bedroom 3 has a good 2 seater sofa. Here too, screens and shutters present. Besides quilts there are possibly also electric blankets for the winter.
Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed and one single bed.
The pool is 10 x 5 meters. and gradually slopes up to 2 meters. deep. It has a seawater system, so there is no question of red chlorine-eye. The PH value is automatically checked and the pool is cleaned weekly.
The pool has a raised edge so that small children will not be able to walk. There is a roman steps which you can very well dive according to this young lady. There is also a slide for children. And all that water fun all possible right before the door!
Both before and after the swim swimming take a shower! This has both hot and cold water.
Not only the water in the pool, but also in the sea at the beach of El Campello, a beautiful wide sandy beach 8 km. from the villa.

But the beach of San Juan, a little closer to Alicante, is beautiful with various sports facilities, lifeguard, bars on the beach and a beautiful promenade.
At the port of El Campello is also nice for snorkeling, catch crabs or to buy fresh fish at the fish market.
While snorkeling you see lots of fish, but with a little luck sometimes whole separate species.

If you do not dare to offer at the auction, you can go to the indoor market in Alicante to buy your fresh fish. Of course you can also find an ordinary piece of cod, but the squid are a catcher. Alicante is only a fifteen minute drive from the villa.
If you do not like fish, there is also plenty of meat on the market available.
After seeing the fish and the meat spontaneously become vegetarian ......... ???? Then the vegetable stalls are also well represented. There are also many other weekly markets in the area.
Having read the book needs more hustle and bustle? Visit the famous Esplanade in Alicante. Here the Spaniards together, but also the many stalls and street are an attraction for the tourists.
On the same esplanade are also often shows or concerts. In the background is the harbor of Alicante with more capital yachts.
On this ship is a restaurant, but is in itself an attraction. In the background you can see the illuminated contours of the mountain with the Santa Barbara Castle.

What is Spain without fireworks? Each village has its own summer or party with fireworks. But with Old and New Year, there is hardly something to hear, most of the foreign residents or snowbirds.
For lovers of Alicante also has a casino.
If you walk a little further past the Esplanade, you will come to a little park where stand more of that kind of gigantic trees.
Under similar large trees located in Alicante also nice terraces to have a nice vino tinto, una cerveza or to drink una taza de café.

Moreover here include finding and paddle tennis courts, an indoor pool and several small shops.
Busot is a basketball / football field, a tennis court and an outdoor pool. In Mutxamiel are good sports facilities.
A small cactus used on the windowsill? Then you look here in Elche your eyes. A nice day trip at about 30 km. from the villa.
About 30 km. Situated to the north of Benidorm, one of the most famous resorts of the Costas. Characterized by beautiful beaches, many high-rise hustle and bustle. Both young and old a lot to do.
For lovers the opportunity to visit shows here.
Evening Benidorm is a nice picture with all kinds of laser beams, which color the sky.
Inside the nightclubs was also life.
Another great day trip is a visit to Mundomar, an animal park near Benidorm, where shows are really nice. Especially the shows with dolphins, sea lions and parrots are fun to go to.
Aqualandia, a huge water and amusement park, is suitable for both adults and children and is close to Mundomar and Benidorm Palace. The park has several themes and also offers plenty of shaded spots. In short, THE place to spend the day at high temperatures.
During a trip to the Fonts de Algar it is also nice to take a dip in the cold water.
Valencia is approximately 150 km. of the villa, but is worth a visit. For example, the famous Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias or the City of Arts and Sciences. Here include a science museum, IMAX theater, the largest aquarium in Europe, sports and exhibitions.

The spacious enclosed terrace has lateral sea and beach views. It is equipped with a table and some chairs and can be fully or partially set up. With closed windows you create soundproof and perfectly insulated interior spaces. The awning brings you shade and cosiness
You are a few steps away from the best beach of Sante Pola, tavernas, ice cream parlors, eateries, tapas bars, clothes and shoe shops, supermarket, pharmacy, bakers... So yes, EVERYONE will find something to their liking!
The terrace was nicely integrated next to the sitting area. You can slide the patio doors completely to the side, creating a wonderful open space!

The large bedroom or master bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The shutters can be operated electrically from the bed.
There are sufficient coat hooks in the spacious wardrobe.
There is a foldable cot with a linen set for a baby or toddler as well as a high chair and toilet bowl. This is available on request. The cot fits perfectly in this bedroom.

In the apartment we have provided a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You can also dry your clothes quickly and economically in the sun on the communal roof.
A 5-minute walk from our apartment is our closed garage parking space that you can optionally rent for 10 € per day
During the high season and Easter holidays, it is really recommended to have a parking space. Finding a parking space in the streets can be quite a tedious activity.

Snorkeling close to the unique island of Tabarca. A Catamaran will take you there in 25 minutes
Be sure to visit the fishing port. Around 5 pm the fishing boats enter the harbor and the catches are transported to the auction with carts. You can buy fresh fish every day!
You can immediately buy the freshly caught fish at the fish stalls or in the fish market (Peixatería).
