The new and modern apartment is located a few steps from Villamartin Plaza and Villamartin Golf Course.
The most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca South are less than 4 kilometers away. In the area you will also find plenty of nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy your holiday.
This apartment is also very suitable for longer stays.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook well or have a nice drink at home.
The apartment is located on the second floor, which can be reached via an elevator. The orientation of the spacious terrace is southwest and has a lovely lounge set so that you can sit in the sun in the afternoon until sunset.

From the terrace you have an unobstructed view and look over the jeu de boules court.

The beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200)
This bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed (160x200) with its own bathroom.
There are no facilities for babies such as a high chair and a cot.

The lovely kitchen overlooking a cozy living/dining room is fully equipped, including a luxurious fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, internet, television, linen and towels. Pets are not allowed in this apartment and it is non-smoking.

The manager will be present on site upon your arrival to hand over the keys and provide a brief explanation of how to use the equipment in the apartment.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this.
A notification of this must always be confirmed in writing and by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price;
in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
