Welcome to our light-filled, newly built two-bedroom apartment in Villajoyosa, often named one of Spain's most beautiful beach towns. Styled in Art Deco with a modern touch, it offers two sunny terraces, a laundry balcony, a garden and a swimming pool. The beach, a large supermarket and local bars are just a few hundred metres away, yet the area is wonderfully quiet. Brand-new beds and blackout blinds guarantee a great night's sleep.
The space
This newly built apartment combines vintage Art Deco charm with modern comfort. It has two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, three brand-new beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Fully blackout blinds and the peaceful surroundings mean you'll sleep like a baby.
Outdoor living is a highlight here. There are three outdoor spaces: one terrace for dining al fresco in the evening, a second for lounging in the afternoon sun, and a separate utility balcony for laundry and drying clothes. You can also relax in the inner garden or cool off in the swimming pool.
The neighbourhood
The apartment is in a quiet area on the outskirts of colourful Villajoyosa. Within a few hundred metres you'll find the nearest beach, a large supermarket, restaurants and plenty of local bars along the way to the town centre.
The surroundings are perfect for exploring: go hiking in the mountains, cycle through the area, or discover the many beaches and charming villages nearby, such as Altea, Albir and Finestrat. Finestrat also has a large shopping centre, theme parks and golf courses. Villajoyosa is easy to reach by train or car, and Alicante airport is about 45 km away.
Other things to note
You have your own private parking space in the underground garage. Beds are made up on arrival, and two towels per person are included.
