The house is suitable for 4 people with an extension to 6 people (the sofa bed is foldable)
The complex is called Varudi 28, the buildings have 2 floors, a ground floor and a first floor.
Our house 3.07 is on the ground floor and the swimming pool, playground, padel court and mini golf course (including sticks and balls) are centrally located between the surrounding houses.
The house has a spacious outdoor terrace with a large pergola, which offers plenty of shade on hot days and where the sun shines from +/- 10 am until sunset.
The house has a spacious living room with luxurious open kitchen and pantry, including complete inventory, 2 bedrooms, 1 with an extra long box spring of 2.10 m and the 2nd bedroom has 2 separate beds, there are also 2 bathrooms.
The house has WIFI, NL and Flemish TV. and reception via the dish, also air conditioning hot and cold.
There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, juicer.
Bed linen, kitchen linen, towels and bath towels are sufficiently available.
A Dutch/Spanish speaking manager is available.
In the vicinity are 2 large salt lakes, the air around Torrevieja is very clean and healthy!
This part of Spain is popular, especially among the elderly and people with health problems, such as heart and rheumatic patients, skin disorders, muscle diseases or high blood pressure. The healthy microclimate is caused by the salt lakes and has a high concentration of iodine and magnesium.
The WHO confirms this.
You can use the house all year round.
Residence
The residence is located just outside the center and also close to the famous beach of La Mata.
Next to the residence is the supermarket Mercadona, a Belgian bakery, a pharmacy and a large and free covered parking.
The residence has a communal swimming pool with jacuzzi, children's pool, toilet and showers.
You can sunbathe around the pool and large palm trees provide shade.
Also present, a paddle court, mini golf and children's playground.
Everything is laid out very child-friendly.
The stay in Varudi is ideal for golfers, several golf courses are a short distance away.
Environment
The complex is quietly located, with many attractions. Such as the beautiful beaches of La Mata, accessible on foot, an Aquapark and a large sports center with Olympic swimming pools.
For shopping enthusiasts there are 2 large shopping centers Habaneras and a few km away is La Zenia, with a gigantic shopping center.
There are two hospitals in the area, Quiron is a 3-minute drive away. There is also a Belgian general practitioner and an English-speaking dentist in the vicinity.
Parking is free almost everywhere.
In the harbor there is a fun fair and market cramps in the summer, both on the boulevard.
Friday and Wednesday morning there are markets, which on Friday is 10 minutes walk from our house and very large.
The large salt lakes are a 5 minute drive away and you can take salt / mud baths in the salt lake at San Pedro del Pinatar.
There are also 2 nature parks.
For enthusiasts there are major golf courses about 10 minutes away. Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive from the apartment.
Torrevieja and La Mata
They are real beach paradises. You can choose between kilometers of sandy beaches or small idyllic seaside resorts between the rocks.
You can also almost float on top of the water in the salt lakes.
The beaches are fine sandy beaches and all with a perfect infrastructure.
The beach of La Mata merges into the dune landscape.
For the excellent quality of the sea water and the purity, the 25 km long natural paradise receives the blue flag of the EC every year. Mountainous hinterland alternates with towering dunes, which give the feeling of a Sahara trip with a sea view. The natural beaches were placed under nature protection.
All amenities such as banks, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are available. Throughout the year, this area offers a warm and mild climate. In the winter months, the temperature can still rise to well above 20 degrees.
