The modern new holiday home is located on the outskirts of Torrevieja.
The house is suitable for 4 people with an extension to 6 people (the sofa bed is foldable)
The complex is called Varudi 28, the buildings have 2 floors, a ground floor and a first floor.
Our house 3.07 is located on the ground floor and the swimming pool, the playground, the padel court and the mini golf course (including sticks and balls), are centrally located between the surrounding houses.
The house has a spacious outdoor terrace with a large pergola, which offers a lot of shade on hot days and where the sun shines from +/- 10 am to sunset.
The house has a spacious living room with luxurious open kitchen and utility room, incl. complete inventory, 2 bedrooms , 1 with an extra long box spring of 2.10m and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, there are also 2 bathrooms.
The house has WIFI, NL and Flemish TV. and reception via NL, also air conditioning hot and cold.
There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, juicer.
Bed linen, kitchen linen, towels and bath towels are sufficiently available.
A Dutch/Spanish speaking manager is available.
In the vicinity are 2 large salt lakes, the air around Torrevieja is very clean and healthy!
This part of Spain is popular, especially for the elderly and people with health problems, such as heart and rheumatism patients, skin conditions, muscle diseases or high blood pressure. The healthy microclimate is caused by the salt lakes , there is a high concentration of iodine and magnesium present.
The WHO confirms this.
You can use the house all year round.
Residence
The residence is located just outside the center and also close to the famous beach of La Mata.
Next to the residence is the Mercadona supermarket, a Belgian bakery, a pharmacy and a large and free covered car park.
The residence has a communal swimming pool with jacuzzi, children's pool, toilet and showers.
Around the pool you can sunbathe and large palm trees provide shade.
Also present, a paddle court, mini golf and children's playground.
Everything is very child-friendly.
The residence in Varudi is ideal for golfers, several golf courses are a short distance away.
Environment.
The complex is quietly located, with many sights. Such as the beautiful beaches of La Mata, accessible on foot, an Aquapark and a large sports center with an Olympic swimming pool.
For shopping enthusiasts there are 2 large shopping centers Habaneras and a few km further is La Zenia, with a huge shopping center.
Nearby are two hospitals, a university hospital and Quiron Salut the latter is a few minutes drive away. There is also a Belgian and Dutch general practitioner and an English-speaking dentist in the vicinity.
Parking is free almost everywhere .
Friday and Wednesday morning there are markets, which on Friday is 10 minutes walk from our house and very large.
The large salt lakes are a 5-minute drive away and in the salt lake at San Pedro del Pinatar you can take salt/mud baths.
There are also 2 nature parks .
For enthusiasts, there are several golf courses in the vicinity of about 10 of them.
Alicante airport is a 45-minute drive from the apartment.
Torrevieja and La Mata
They are real beach paradises. You can choose between miles of sandy beaches or small idyllic seaside resorts between the rocks.
You can also almost float on top of the water in the salt lakes.
The beaches are fine sandy and all with a perfect infrastructure.
The beach of La Mata merges into the dune landscape.
For the excellent quality of the seawater and its purity, the 25 km long natural paradise obtains the EC blue flag every year. Mountainous hinterland alternates with towering dunes, which give the feeling of a Sahara trip with a sea view. The natural beaches were placed under nature protection.
All amenities such as banks, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are available. Throughout the year, this area offers a warm and mild climate. In the winter months, the temperature can still rise to well over 20 degrees.
