Tucked away just 100 meters from the sparkling sea and only 5 minutes (car, approx. 20 min walk along the coast) from the center of Torrevieja, this charming retreat offers a romantic and high-quality experience.

At this location you don't necessarily need a car to stay for 1 or even 2 weeks!

The house is fully equipped with marble floors, air conditioning, electric blinds, an electric gate with private driveway and underground garage, elevator, large swimming pool, and fitted wardrobes in all 5 bedrooms.

Cots are easy to add, and larger groups can be discussed in consultation, due to the extra large attic and living cellar (with space for 6 cars).

Enjoy a swim while your little ones have fun in the children's pool. And when hunger strikes, fire up the beautiful barbecue in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy a delicious meal under the stars.

Walking distance to the Aldi, bus stop, several beach restaurants, and 10 minutes from downtown, and the promenade of Torrevieja!
Nice (outdoor) go-kart track at 8 minutes drive, and a beautiful walking route through nature reserve along the sea, towards Zenia, where you can easily ride back with an electric scooter.

We are a Dutch family with 5 children (Breda), who mainly stay in Spain during the school holidays. The other periods we make our house available as a holiday villa, so that other people can enjoy it.

This area in Torrevieja is ideal for family or friends trips. Both during the Winter (Christmas Day is celebrated on the beach with BBQs!) and during the summer. It is a friendly environment, with very affordable prices in the hospitality industry.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. If booked less than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 25% refund will be given up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Walking route towards la Zenia

There is an Aldi and several other shops 5 minutes away. The center is about a 25-minute walk, there is a bus to the center, the bus stop is 5 minutes from the house, opposite Aldi.

At the bottom of the street there is a 'pebble' beach, where there are several small bays with sandy beaches. Wonderful to relax with a book, or to sunbathe and swim.
(Along the coastal route, dogs are also walked, and there are various dogs
exhaust points)
In the summer, it is usually full later in the day, and you can go to one of the most popular sandy beaches (with several inflatable castles/slides for the kids, 2 beach bars, and a restaurant right on the beach, with very affordable prices) from Torrevieja, about a 10 minute walk along the coast.

Towards the center (20-25 min walk) is also the port of Torrevieja, where you can easily rent a jet ski, go parasailing (recommended! all our children loved this), or rent a boat for the day.
The food in the harbor restaurant is also very good, and affordable. Not comparable to the 'popular' seaside resorts.

Bicycles can easily be rented, about a 10-minute walk from the house towards the center. Various languages are spoken. The electric scooter is very popular and can be easily activated via the App. There are always a number of them parked at Aldi, and you can drive quite a distance to la Zenia, or towards the center (parking is not allowed in the middle of the center).

There is a cinema about 10 minutes away by car, in a location with a Bowling Alley, GameZone, Trampolines, Subway and various restaurants (5 minutes next to the modern Habaneras Shopping Center).
