Cancellation
1. If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he will immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail.

2. In case of cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs:
• 15% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
• 50% of the rental price in the event of a cancellation longer than 2 months but no longer than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
• 70% of the rental price if canceled more than 1 month but no longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period;
• 90% of the rental price in case of cancellation from day 1 but no longer than 1 month before the start date of the rental period;
• 100% of the rental price if canceled on the start date of the rental period.

3. If the tenant announces that he or she will no longer use the rented property during the rental period, he or she will still owe the full rental price.
4. In addition to cancellation costs, the landlord may charge a fixed amount of €25 in administration costs.
