The app has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, 1 terrace with a view of the pool and a large roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, lounge, bbq, dining table, awnings, sun loungers, shower, washing machine and dryer, wifi and atmospheric lighting for the evening. The app has a unique view over the salt lakes of Torrevieja.
The garage is located underground, a spacious parking space with automatic gates. A closed storage room possible on request.
Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The apartment is rented per week. When renting, cleaning, consumption of water and electricity, wifi and the use of bed linen and towels are included.
Renting several weeks or months is certainly negotiable.
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
