I am the owner of the ground floor apartment in this beautiful complex Laguna Beach Resort.
Because I'm in education, I can relax here every holiday.
You can enjoy the tranquility, the cycling and walking routes in the vicinity of Torrevieja, as well as the tourist beaches with many pleasant bars and restaurants.
Ronnie, our keyholder on site, welcomes you and waves you goodbye on departure.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental prices are all included! (water, electricity, cleaning) No extra costs!
Wifi, towels (2 pieces per person), sheets, use of washing machine, TV with HDMI cable, hairdryer, sun loungers, everything is there. Cot with mattress and cover and high chair on request, no extra charge!

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
