Beautiful region with the following assets: high-quality golf courses in abundance, nice towns nearby, local top restaurants, cozy beaches with cocktail bars, bicycle/scooter/jet ski/boat rental, large shopping center 5 minutes, 40 minutes from the airport.
In short, suitable for everyone due to the many options, but especially the sun and vitamin D.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy


Rates 2025 & 2026:

July/August + all other school holidays 785€ per week 

April/May/June/September 550€ per week

Overwintering from October to March:

875€ per month if 6 months continuous rental

Or 350€ per week (minimum per 2 weeks)


Rates 2027:

July/August + all other school holidays 805€ per week

April/May/June/September 574€ per week

Overwintering from October to March:

895€ per month if 6 months continuous rental

Or 420€ per week (minimum per 2 weeks)


Cleaning is mandatory, together with the check-in and check-out with our keyholder: 135 euros

Optional is bed and bath linen package: 15 euros/pp


Annul:


If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Check-in after 3 pm.

Check out before 10 am.

Additional charges may apply for very early or late check-in or check-out. After 9 pm  in the evening and before 6 am 25 euros will be charged.
