Luxury Penthouse, Varudi 4:23


This modern 4 person holiday home is located on the edge of the Aguas Nuevas district. in the seaside resort of Torrevieja.  The complex is called Varudi 28, the buildings have 2 floors, a ground floor and a first floor.

Our apartment 4.23 is located on the first floor and also has a roof terrace (solarium) including shower and bbq. The swimming pool, the playground, the tennis court and the mini golf course are centrally located between the surrounding houses.

The house has a spacious living room with luxury kitchen, including complete inventory, 2 bedrooms , 1 with a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 separate beds, there are also 2 bathrooms.
The house has WIFI, also air conditioning hot and cold.
There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juice press. Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are sufficiently available. There is always a Dutch/Spanish speaking manager  available.

In the vicinity are 2 large salt lakes, the air around Torrevieja is very clean and healthy!
This part of Spain is especially popular with the elderly and people with health problems, such as heart and rheumatism patients, skin conditions, muscle diseases or high blood pressure. The healthy microclimate is caused by a high concentration of iodine and magnesium in the air. The WHO confirms this.
You can use the apartment all year round.

Residence

The residence is located just outside the center and also close to the famous beach of La Mata.
Next to the residence is a large supermarket Mercadona, a Belgian bakery, a pharmacy and also a large and free covered car park.
The residence has a communal swimming pool with jacuzzi, children's pool, toilet and showers. Around the pool you can sunbathe and large palm trees provide shade.
There is also a padel court, mini golf and children's playground.
Everything is very child-friendly.
The stay in Varudi is ideal for golfers, as there are several golf courses within a short distance. 

Environment

The complex is quietly located, there are many attractions in the area. Such as the beautiful beaches of La Mata, these can be reached on foot and there is also a large Aquapark , a large sports center with an Olympic swimming pools. 
For shopping enthusiasts there is  the Habaneras shopping center and 10km further is La Zenia, with a gigantic shopping center.
There are two hospitals in the area, the nearest hospital Quiron is a 3-minute drive away. There is also a Belgian GP in the area. 
Parking is free almost everywhere .
In the harbour there is a funfair and market stalls, both on the boulevard. Friday morning there is a large market.
The large salt lakes are a 5-minute drive away and in San Pedro del Pinatar you can take salt baths.
There is also Parque Naturel.
For enthusiasts, there are the large golf courses about 10 minutes away. Alicante airport is a 45-minute drive from the apartment. 

Torrevieja
Torrevieja is the beach paradise. Whether you choose miles of sandy beaches or small idyllic towns between the rocks.
The beaches are fine sandy beaches and almost all with perfect infrastructure. North of the city is the beach of La Mata and this merges into the dune landscape of Guardamar.
For its excellent seawater quality and purity, the 25 km long natural paradise is awarded the annual Blue Flag by the EC. Mountainous hinterland alternates with towering dunes, which give the feeling of a Sahara trip with a sea view. The natural beaches were placed under nature protection.
All amenities such as banks, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are available. Throughout the year, this area offers a warm and mild climate. In the winter months, the temperature can rise to well over 20 degrees.

We are Maité and Eric. Our apartment is in a new residence, where virtually all facilities are available. We are also very enthusiastic about the apartment and think that you to rent them a good choice makes for a nice holiday on the Costa Blanca. We hope that you have it to your liking!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payments and other rental agreements :
  1. We ask for a 30% deposit to finalize the booking.
  2. The remaining amount must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival.
  3. The deposit must be paid within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation on the account of the landlord
  4. After receipt of the payment, the reservation will be definitively confirmed and the rental agreement will be concluded. In the event of cancellation by the tenant after this confirmation, costs are therefore due.
  5. In case of cancellation by the tenant within 2 months before arrival date, a compensation of 30% of the rent (i.e. excluding costs and deposit) with a minimum of 80 euros is due; In case of cancellation within 1 month before arrival date, this compensation amounts to the full rent.
  6. The deposit will be refunded within 8 working days after departure if the accommodation is left clean. That is to say kitchen and tableware is clean and stored, no waste is left behind, the oven, microwave, bbq, dishwasher and washing machine are left clean and there is no damage or missing inventory. All such costs will be deducted from the deposit.
  7. The agreed rental amount includes the costs of electricity up to a maximum of 80 Kwh per week. All electricity costs above this will be settled at a rate of € 0.50 per Kwh. This will be deducted from the deposit.
