The bungalow Escondite is located in the north of the port town of Torrevieja, a 10-minute walk takes you to the sandy beach of La Mata.
The cozy bungalow is on the ground floor in a child-safe green residential park with a super nice swimming pool and always plenty of sun. The bungalow has a terrace at the front with a good view of the swimming pool, with nice furniture and lots of greenery, where the sea is already visible. At the rear is a large enclosed patio with afternoon and evening sun, a garden shed with a 2nd sofa bed, and nice garden furniture and a sun canopy.
Inside is everything you need such as TV/internet, washing machine, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area with sofa and all necessary linen including beach towels.
Spacious bedroom with air conditioning, large bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room, there are 2 ceiling fans. The shops, restaurants and parks are within walking distance.
The city bus stops nearby in a few places, the bus to Alicante is around the corner.
A beach cart with beach equipment is available there.

I am a small landlord who tries to keep the costs of owning that house affordable by renting out and at the same time giving others the opportunity to enjoy the nice relaxed life of the Costa Blanca with the delicious food, cozy terraces where you can enjoy you can expect a Tapa next to your glass, the family restaurants and all that at very acceptable prices in the pleasant climate of Spain.

Explanation of prices

A nice temperature for everyone, the summer is warm, in the early and late season there are still Northern European summer temperatures.
Even in winter it is much more pleasant on the Costa Blanca than in the north.
There are delicious Tapas & Terraces everywhere and always on the Costa Blanca.

La Paz is on the ground floor and therefore nice to use for the disabled and children to play because the inner area is a pedestrian area.
From under the awning you can easily oversee the courtyard and the sea, while sitting on the cozy garden set. In this separate conservatory there are two bicycles, free to use, with various beach equipment.
From the living room with open kitchen a view through the conservatory where the bicycles are visibly present.
You can oversee everything from the two-person sofa bed, including the Smart TV, and fiber optic internet is available.
In this kitchen you will find everything you need, oven, microwave, coffee and tea corner, washing machine and refrigerator.
The bed of Love, indispensable for a nice holiday. Coincidentally, there is also a lot of closet space.

Shortest distance to the sea is about 300 meters walk, do that distance again left or right and there is even more beach.
