Apartment la Paz

The cosiest apartment in Torrevieja is located on the ground floor and is therefore wheelchair friendly. The apartment has a view of a park at the front and a pedestrian square at the back, safe for children who can play there, the square gives access to our swimming pool. The sunny lockable conservatory at the rear connects to that square with its own terrace. Seated on the garden furniture under the sun canopy, you already have a beautiful sea view in the distance. The kitchen has in addition to the fridge, a washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, iron and everything else that may be needed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet with sink and is located opposite the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, there is plenty of closet space. The linen you will need can be found in the cupboards, towels, bed linen and also beach towels ! There are also two sofa beds of 190x110cm, one in the living room and the other in the lockable conservatory. The apartment has Wifi and Smart TV with Dutch channels and streaming services, a five-person dining table, information book, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, garden furniture and beach equipment. The most beautiful beach of Torrevieja south is 700mtr walk. Around the apartment:        Near the apartment there are nice things to do within walking distance such as beaches, restaurants, our outdoor swimming pool with a cozy pool bar.  Opposite the apartment, in that park, are two petanque courts. Petanque balls are available in the apartment. Aldi at 400mtr., the bus stops and the beach at 300mtr is close. At the beach you will find a playground for the children and a beautiful large green sunbathing lawn, cool drinks are also offered there.
