Located on the ground floor with a clear sea view, the distance to the beach is 300 meters with sandy beaches with palms, left and right, a little further on.
The cozy apartment has an unobstructed view at the front with a green park with mature trees, in which petanq courts, a ball set is present.
At the rear, through an extra room, there is a traffic-free square with a few restaurants and a large swimming pool.
The bedroom has plenty of closet space, in which all necessary linen including beach towels, double bed and ceiling fan.
In the kitchen everything you need is washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pressure cooker etc.etc. The living room has a large dining table, sitting area with a sofa/sofa bed, smart TV and ceiling fan. There is fiber optic internet and all TV channels and streaming services can therefore be received.
There are two bicycles and beach equipment in the conservatory. Under the awning outside you can sit in the sun on the nice chairs and watch the sea beyond.
At a 300 mtr there is the Aldi superstore.
With a fifteen minute walk to the North there are many restaurants and shops in Torrevieja to the South in Orihuela Costa the same.
The city buses stop nearby and there are plenty of parking spaces.
