The bungalow Escondite is located in the north of the port town of Torrevieja, a 10-minute walk takes you to the sandy beach of La Mata.
The cozy bungalow is on the ground floor in a child-safe green residential park with a super nice swimming pool and always plenty of sun. The bungalow has a terrace at the front with a good view of the swimming pool, with nice furniture and lots of greenery, where the sea is already visible. At the rear is a large enclosed patio with afternoon and evening sun, a garden shed with a 2nd sofa bed, and nice garden furniture and a sun canopy.
Inside is everything you need such as TV/internet, washing machine, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area with sofa and all necessary linen including beach towels.
Spacious bedroom with air conditioning, large bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room, there are 2 ceiling fans. The shops, restaurants and parks are within walking distance.
The city bus stops nearby in a few places, the bus to Alicante is around the corner.
A beach cart with beach equipment is available there.

I am a small landlord who tries to keep the costs of owning that house affordable by renting out and at the same time giving others the opportunity to enjoy the nice relaxed life of the Costa Blanca with the delicious food, cozy terraces where you can enjoy you can expect a Tapa next to your glass, the family restaurants and all that at very acceptable prices in the pleasant climate of Spain.
