Beautiful view of the sea, city and swimming pool, cozy and practically furnished, fully equipped in the kitchen and nice chairs for the beach. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away.
Our apartment is centrally located, yet quiet. The shops, pharmacy and restaurants are a maximum of 4 minutes' walk away. A large Mercadona that is open every day until at least 9:30 PM (except Sunday) has a wide range of delicious sandwiches or croissants. There are good bus connections to the center, harbor and boulevard of Torrevieja. Bus stops can be found in the street and just around the corner. If you like walking, you can reach the center or the boulevard in about half an hour via the beautiful route along the coast. The most beautiful beach in Torrevieja, La Mata beach, is about a kilometer away. There is free public parking in front of the apartment in the wide street.

Enjoy the balcony; which faces south, so you can enjoy the sun from the morning until the late hours. With a view of the swimming pool, the city and the sea in the distance, you always have a fantastic view. In spring, autumn and winter the sun provides wonderful warmth! The swimming pool is open all year round and the water temperature is also wonderful in the early and late season, because the pool is in full sun all day long!

Living room
The warmly decorated living room is fully equipped and has a beautiful sofa, which can be transformed into a double sofa bed. Television with all Dutch channels via Canal Digitaal and you can also use Netflix. Air conditioning and free WiFi.

On the spacious balcony you will find a round table for 4 people and two nice chairs to read a book or just enjoy the sunny weather.
In the alcove on the balcony there is a parasol and 4 adjustable beach chairs for the beach, which you can use after reservation. You also have enough space to let your bath towels dry.
The balcony has sun blinds and mosquito screens.

Bedrooms
The apartment is suitable for 4 to a maximum of 5 to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed with chest of drawers, mirror and built-in wardrobe. And there is a second bedroom with also a double bed. Great if you are traveling with, for example, 2 couples. This room also has sufficient storage space through a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. Also a mirror, night light and shelves next to the bed for your telephone or glasses in both bedrooms.
You can create additional sleeping places in the living room by using the sofa bed.
There is a ceiling fan/lamp in both the bedrooms and the living room.

Bathroom
The practical bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. For your convenience, a hairdryer is available and there are plenty of hanging hooks for your clothes.

kitchen
Given the location of the apartment, you will soon be invited to eat in one of the many good restaurants. We also highly recommend it. You don't have to worry about the prices. You can get a good three-course menu for around 15 euros. But if you want to cook at home, everything is there in the compact but complete, open kitchen; Ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle. You also have the option of doing some laundry.

General notices:
There is no smoking inside.

Direct environment

As mentioned, there are restaurants, bars, shops and ATMs within walking distance.
The old town of Torrevieja is half an hour's walk or take the bus that stops in the street and one that stops just around the corner. You can be in the center for less than €2.00. Or rent one of the many shared scooters, which can also be found on the street corner. Would you rather have your own e-scooter/scooter for the entire period? We can put you in touch with a key holder who also rents scooters.
The beautiful sandy beach La Mata is within walking distance (approximately 15 minutes). You will also find beautiful parks in the area. Parque Aromatico and Molino de Aquapark.
The dunes are not far away and of course not to forget the two salt lakes. Of course, you cannot miss the pink lake with the flamingos if you stay in Torrevieja.

Do you want to rent out the house for a longer term? This information is available upon request.

Check-in and check-out:
is possible every day. Arrival from 3 p.m. Departure between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Other times are possible in consultation with the administrators.
Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the Dutch managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible.
