Welcome! We are Rob and Ingrid from the Netherlands. With great enthusiasm we rent out our beautiful, brand new holiday apartment. Whether you come for the Spanish sun, a relaxing beach holiday, the beautiful golf courses or for shopping: our apartment offers you the perfect, luxurious base on the Costa Blanca.
Because this is a corner apartment, you can enjoy extra natural light, optimal privacy and a quiet location inside. The apartment is located on the second floor and is of course easily accessible by elevator. The complex is completely enclosed, which gives you a safe and exclusive resort feeling.
Comfortable interior & perfect climate
The apartment is furnished with great care and attention to detail. The cozy living room flows into an open kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The residence features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms, making it ideal for up to 4 people.
For a perfect indoor climate, the entire apartment is equipped with an integrated system for both air conditioning and heating. This allows you to enjoy a wonderfully cool house in the warm summer months and you can also stay here comfortably in the winter. All windows are equipped with shutters, which ensures complete blackout and keeping the heat out.
Large terrace & the ultimate outdoor living
The Spanish sun calls for a wonderful outdoor space. The apartment has a large balcony/terrace where you can start the day with breakfast or end it with a good glass of wine. Is the sun getting a little too hot for you? Then you can turn out the awning in no time for a lovely, shady spot.

We want your holiday to start as soon as you arrive. You don't have to lug around heavy gear because we've got you covered. Towels, comfortable chairs and even beach beds are completely at your disposal. Pack your suitcase with clothes and the enjoyment can begin!
About the area:
Our apartment is in a prime location in the vicinity of lively Villamartin. The region is known for its microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and offers entertainment for young and old.
• Villamartin Plaza & Gastronomy: Within a few minutes you can reach the cozy and well-known Villamartin Plaza. This attractive, Spanish-style square has more than 40 restaurants, cozy bars, terraces, a supermarket and live entertainment in the summer evenings.
• Golf paradise: For golf enthusiasts, this is a dream location. The internationally renowned 18-hole course of Villamartin Golf Club is practically around the corner. In addition, top courses such as Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive.
• High level shopping: Just a 5 to 10 minute drive away is Zenia Boulevard. This is the largest open-air shopping center in the province of Alicante, with more than 150 shops (including Zara, Mango, Primark), restaurants, a cinema and children's entertainment.
• Beautiful sandy beaches: The breathtaking, European Blue Flag awarded sandy beaches and coves of the Orihuela Costa (such as La Zenia Beach, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca) are about a 10-minute drive away. Here you can enjoy crystal clear water, water sports and cozy beach bars (chiringuitos).
