Casa Tina

The apartment was built in 2019, is modernly furnished and has lots of light. It is located on the second floor of Residence Alegria IX where there are a total of 14 apartments. It is quiet to stay here and not at all busy in the residence itself or in the surrounding area as we are just outside the busy center. There is air conditioning and electric shutters in every room. There is a terrace with garden furniture and you also have a dishwasher and a washing machine at your disposal. In the living room there is a smart TV and there is free wifi. Linen and bath linen are provided and consumption of water and electricity is included in the rental price. The communal sauna and heated swimming pool ensure that you can fully enjoy your holiday! The pool is heated from +/- April to October and those who are brave enough can also swim during the periods when the heating is not working. You can find shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is 800 meters away. If desired, you can rent a separate closed parking space. The bus terminal is a 7-minute walk away and there is a direct connection to Alicante airport and to other large and smaller towns in the wider area. An ideal base if you want to get to know the region better!
