This apartment is also located 400 meters from the beach of Los Locos, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. Everything you need, from shops to eateries, is within walking distance, allowing you to make the most of local life during your stay.
The 4 person apartment exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday. It contains a spacious living room with a south-facing balcony, a beautiful dining table and a passage to the kitchen. Our kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. We have a bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet, air conditioning and fan. And a beautiful bedroom with 2, single beds and air conditioning. Bathroom has a large shower and a mirrored cabinet. There is also a private roof terrace with lounge set and a pergola.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

At Casa Suerte, we understand that sometimes plans can change. That's why we've put in place a clear and fair cancellation policy.
If you cancel within four weeks of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations made six weeks before arrival will result in the loss of 75% of the deposit. For cancellations made eight weeks in advance, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Finally, if the cancellation is made ten weeks or more before the arrival date, you will lose 40% of the deposit.
