Experience this beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan living room and stunning views of the Mediterranean sea! This apartment is 103 m2 and completely new. It is spacious, light and has a great large balcony of 25m2. Enjoy the communal pool, take walks along the beach and feel the coastal breeze in Altea Hills, one of the most exclusive areas in the bay of Altea.

LIVING ROOM
Spacious and bright living room with sliding doors to the terrace. The living room had a large comfortable sofa, smart television and dining table with chairs. A printer is also available.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY ROOM
Modern kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven and induction hob. Behind the kitchen is a separate room with a washing machine and dryer and an iron.

MAIN BEDROOM & MAIN BATHROOM
Bedroom 1 has a sea view, sliding doors to the terrace and a comfortable double bed. From this bedroom you walk into the closet area with two large closets. Adjacent is the private bathroom with bidet, toilet, sink and bathtub.

SECOND BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The second bedroom also has sea views, sliding doors to direct access to the terrace. It has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed if desired, and its own wardrobes for storing clothes. Across the hall is the second bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

TERRACE
The terrace of the apartment can be accessed from the living room and both bedrooms. It has excellent sea views, an outdoor table for dining and two lounge chairs for a morning coffee or afternoon drink.

EXTRA INFORMATION
The entire apartment is equipped with high speed fiber optic internet, (central) air conditioning and every room has ceiling fans. Private indoor parking is available for guests. There is also a communal garden with swimming pool and lounge beds.

- Bath towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided
- There is no barbecue
- Dogs are not allowed
- Electricity up to 50 euros per week is included in the booking. Costs above that are charged extra on the basis of the meter readings.
- Check in from 3 pm, check out at 10 am
- This apartment is located in an apartment building. In addition to people using this as a holiday home, full-time residents also live here. I kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and keep the volume down after 10pm, especially when sitting out on the terrace in the evening.

Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 14 days later. 50% refund when you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
