If you really want to taste Spanish life, this is the place to be. From Alicante airport you can drive to the apartment in 40 minutes. It is an hour's drive by bus. The bus station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so a car is not really necessary.
This beautifully renovated apartment is located in the center of the city of Torrevieja. It is located on the 2nd floor, where you can reach it by elevator. Casa Mittes has 2 bedrooms, everything is on one level. We completely renovated it in 2024. There is a new bathroom & kitchen. We have also replaced all the furnishings, so everything is fresh and fruity. There is a large and a small towel for 4 people. Everything can be washed, because there is a washing machine.
There is air conditioning in the living room. The air conditioning is located opposite the two bedrooms, so you can cool the entire apartment in no time.
There is a balcony with a seating area overlooking a courtyard. So no crowds from the street side. Here you can enjoy the sun in peace.
There is a communal swimming pool that you can use from May to October.
If you like eating out, then you've come to the right place. When you walk out of the apartment, you enter the coziness. After a 10-minute walk you will be on the beach. The beach "playa del Cura" & "playa los locos" is the same distance. On the way there you will pass all kinds of bistros where you can have a delicious breakfast or eat tapas.
There is a large pharmacy around the corner.
