Apartment and residence:

The beautiful apartment is located in a new neighborhood on the outskirts of bustling Torrevieja. There are two floors. On the first floor, a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom. When you arrive, your beds are already made.  The second floor is a beautiful roof terrace of 60 m², of course with a complete garden set/sunbeds. From the roof terrace you have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea, the salt lakes and Torrevieja. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all conveniences, such as microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, Senseo machine, kettle, juicer, etc.  The apartment has a smart TV with Ned. channels, free WIFI, CD player, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc, etc. Each room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. At the front of the house is a balcony, where you can enjoy the sun in the morning.  The apartment is opposite the swimming pool with sunbathing area. You can keep an eye on your children from the balcony.

Torrevieja is located on the Mediterranean Sea on the Costa Blanca. It is located about 40 km south of Alicante. The town has about 100,000 inhabitants. This seaside resort has many kilometers of coastline with beautiful sandy beaches. The very beautiful beach of La Mata is about 1.2 km away. There are all the necessary amenities to make your holiday a success. Close to a shopping center with a large supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, terraces. The city bus also stops nearby.
