Welcome to this fully renovated and attractively furnished apartment located in a quiet residential area, on the outskirts of Torrevieja.
Park the car for free in front of the door and step inside Casa Flamenco! From the sunny terrace you can relax on one of the sunbeds, enjoy the Mediterranean garden or walk to the communal pool to take a refreshing dip.

Both the living room and the bedroom have new air conditioning
(hot/cold). The apartment has a comfortable double bed and in the living room there is a very good sofa bed. The generous built-in wardrobe in the bedroom offers plenty of storage space for your clothes. Linen and towels are of course provided.

The new bathroom is really a fish card. It has a spacious walk-in shower, hanging toilet and luxury vanity unit with 2 drawers and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, Airfryer, induction hob and washing machine.
Stroll to the stunning salt lake, also known as the
'Lago Rosa'. The water has a clear, pink color and is most visible in the early morning or late afternoon.

Various eateries and bars can be found within walking distance of the apartment.

The Habaneras Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away by car. Here you can find the most famous shops.

The distance to the center of Torrevieja is 2.8 km, where you will find a beautiful boulevard right by the sea with many terraces, restaurants and souvenir shops.

Alicante airport is 45 minutes by car from the apartment.

In January 2024 we decided to look for a nice spot under the Spanish sun! From the first moment we stepped into the apartment, we knew we had found what we were looking for. After saying 'I do', an extensive renovation followed, which we look back on with pleasure and satisfaction. We chose the name Casa Flamenco because we saw flamingos in the salt water on the way from the apartment to the airport.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation by the tenant

If cancelled more than 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled within 14 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total rent will be charged, unless we manage to re-let the apartment.

Cancellation by the landlord
In the exceptional case that we have to cancel the reservation (for example due to force majeure), the full rental price will be refunded. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the tenant (such as travel expenses).
