Our beautiful brand new ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 large child-friendly terraces (lockable) both at the front and at the back, is completely sun-oriented and is located close to the Las Salinas salt lake of Torrevieja. Just 3 km from the beach, in the south of the Costa Blanca and 40 km from Alicante airport and 35 km from Murcia airport.
House has a view of the communal 25 meter swimming pool.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 7 people + 1 baby.
We have 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed at height, and 1 sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a baby cot + baby chair available free of charge. 2 bicycles (1 with child seat + helmet) are provided. Washing machine is available to you free of charge
We also welcome you with a nice bottle of cava, coffee and water + a starter pack is provided.
Air conditioning, internet and Smart TV are available, you can stream from home with your code.

Our apartment enjoys an excellent location in the new residential area of Los Balcones, 1 km from the highway, within walking distance of the Salinas (salt lake).
For people who do not wish to rent a car on site, we provide pick-up and return to/from the airport at €60.00 per trip (max. 4 persons - Alicante Airport). At 100 meters from our apartment there is a bus stop with a ride every 20 minutes to the center of Torrevieja.
Within walking distance you have: a pharmacy, several restaurants, dentist, supermarket: Mercadona,... and 1.5 km from our house: the university hospital. Pick up at Alicante airport. Upon arrival, our Dutch-speaking people from key management will wait for you and provide information about the apartment. They are ready during your stay and also provide the cleaning service.
The cleaning fee of € 105 must be paid to them upon arrival.
Pets are allowed with prior permission.
