Welcome to 2 Aqua Beach apartment

From July 1, 2024, we, Dennis and Annemiek, will be the proud owners of this modern apartment. The complex was built in 2020 and is a 300m walk from the beach and promenade of Playa del Cura. Torrevieja (Playa del Cura) is a lively place, where you and your family can fully enjoy various facelities.
You can eat well at the various restaurants. Enjoy the sea and the beach. For the golfers among us, there are  several courses nearby. There are also plenty of water sports activities that you will find in the marina. In short, there is more than enough to do.
Our apartment (+/-120m2) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils and a nice sitting area with large TV. All bedrooms have access to the patio giving you bright and spacious rooms. There is a balcony where you can sit outside and it can be closed off by a glass front. Furthermore, the apartment has a private parking space at the bottom of the building. On the roof of the complex is a communal swimming pool with the possibility of sunbathing and you can use fitness equipment. (open from 08.00-22.00)
The apartment is suitable for couples and families, up to 6 people.  We do not rent to groups of young people, bachelor parties or similar activities !  
Room 1 has a double bed, room 2 has a bunk bed. These rooms share a bathroom. Room 3, the master bedroom, has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. All rooms have fitted wardrobes. Linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided and are included in the rental. There is also a washing machine and dryer that you can use. Of course there is free WIFI available.
Every day is a changeover day, check-in between 16.00 and 22.00 check-out no later than 10.00. If you wish to arrive at a different time, we can consult with the key holder to see what the possibilities are.
