Perfect location
The penthouse is within walking distance of all daily amenities. Think of a bakery, butcher, supermarket, cozy bars and authentic Spanish restaurants. Every Wednesday there is a lively local market around the corner, where you can taste the real Spanish atmosphere.
The location is also ideal for excursions: Alicante airport is about a 40-minute drive away, as are the beautiful cities of Alicante and Murcia. Within 15 minutes you are in the cozy Torrevieja, on the beaches of the Costa Blanca or at La Zenia Boulevard, a modern and extensive shopping center.
Comfort and space
The penthouse has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size box spring (180 x 200 cm) and one with two separate box spring beds (90 x 200 cm). In addition, there are two modern bathrooms, equipped with towels, a hair dryer and all the comforts you need. There is individually adjustable air conditioning in all rooms, so you always keep it pleasantly cool.
Outdoor living at its best
Outside you can fully enjoy the Spanish life. In front of the penthouse is a large shared swimming pool with outdoor shower, ideal for a refreshing swim. The absolute highlight is the sunny private roof terrace of no less than 70 m², with panoramic views over the salt lakes of Torrevieja. Here you can relax on the lounge sofa or loungers, enjoy long summer evenings and delicious BBQ moments.
In addition, the penthouse has a balcony with a round dining table, where you can sit comfortably in the shade even on hot days. Thanks to the smart layout, there is always a nice place in the sun or out of the sun.
Fully equipped kitchen
The modern kitchen is fully equipped: a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is plenty of high-quality kitchen utensils available, so that cooking is also a pleasure on holiday. In addition, there is a washing machine and hand steamer for fresh clothes during your stay.
Entertainment and extra comfort
Inside you lack nothing. Relax with the television with an extensive range of international channels and streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Ziggo Sport, ESPN and Viaplay. The fast and stable 5G Wi-Fi is perfect for streaming or working from home. Music lovers can indulge themselves with the SONOS system.

Other information
Free parking is available right outside the door. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The penthouse is accessible via a staircase (there is no elevator). There is no cot or high chair available.
