The south of the Costa Blanca is the most ideal holiday spot with its micro climate, including the salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata. In addition, this place is easily accessible by good highways and the well-known airlines that serve Alicante airport. The sandy beaches are beautiful, the landscaped golf courses are a major attraction and the many bars and restaurants are very numerous and very cheap compared to Belgium. Our holiday home is located on the ground floor, with the private swimming pool just in front of it. The owners stay on the same property, but rest assured: privacy is our priority! This way you have a separate entrance and no view. The owners will only come by after a phone call (and they are always ready to provide advice and assistance). The holiday home includes:

Because a good night's sleep on holiday is very important, both bedrooms have box spring beds (90 x 200 or 180x200) with top quality topping and bedding and we have different models of pillows available! The bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito windows, shutters and cupboards with plenty of storage space. There is heating for the colder periods and general air conditioning and ceiling fans above the beds for warm nights.
The bathroom has a toilet, spacious shower, sink with large mirror, hairdryer, sufficient storage space, soft towels, shower gel and shampoo.
The dining room with seating area is bright, beautifully decorated and offers a sea view. This room also has air conditioning. There is a smart TV with a wide range of channels and the WiFi is ultra-fast and you also have good reception around the swimming pool.
The kitchen itself is equipped with all modern comforts, including induction hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker for ground coffee, Dulce gusto machine, toaster, juicer, mixer...
The cupboards are filled with beautiful crockery, sufficient and various types of glasses and cutlery. The pots, pans and cooking utensils are of excellent quality.
We also provide standard oil, various herbs, toilet paper, soaps, some coffee cups, sugar, tea, a bottle of water and welcome you with a welcome drink and tapas.
A washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and maintenance products are also available.
The swimming pool (7 x 4) with sun loungers and a double sun bed provides an instant holiday feeling. You can also enjoy aperitifs by the pool in the cozy lounge set. The outdoor kitchen is stocked with crockery and plenty of glasses and also has a sink, refrigerator and the long wooden table invites you to dine comfortably under the awning. Possibly breakfast is served here. Behind the house is the fitness room that is free to use. There is also an infrared sauna here, which can offer you relaxation during cool moments. In this room there is a library with books, board games, and a collection of CD's that can delight any music lover.
We have furnished the house with a lot of love and maintain it very well. This is a holiday home, not a party home!
