In the charming Spanish village of San Miguel de Salinas you will find our modern and spacious (non-smoking) penthouse, perfect for a comfortable stay with up to 6 people.
What to expect:
🛌 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , 1 of which is ensuite. In 2 bedrooms you will find a double box spring and in the other bedroom you will find 2 single box springs that you can easily slide apart. There is a camping bed for the little ones. All bedrooms have air conditioning. (cooling/heating)
🛋️ A cozy sitting area with a lovely sofa, 2 armchairs, Smart TV (with Chromecast), Sonos soundbar and an oval dining table with 6 chairs. There is a high chair available. The living area is also equipped with air conditioning. (cooling/heating)
🔪a fully equipped kitchen which is fully equipped. An induction hob, oven, dishwasher, mixer, hand blender, grill plate (for outdoor use), 2 table refrigerators, 1 with freezer compartment, washing machine, kettle and coffee maker.
🏠Outside you will find a south-facing terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun with your cup of coffee / tea in the morning. Via a second staircase you reach the roof terrace.
The absolute highlight is the large private roof terrace of 91m². This features a comfortable lounge area, a dining table with 6 chairs, two sunbeds, parasol with lighting and a pergola - perfect for long summer evenings with beautiful views of Laguna Rosa (the salt lake) and in the evening the twinkling lights of Torrevieja. Here you can enjoy until the late hours.
🏊For extra relaxation, you can use the communal swimming pool, which is wonderful on hot days. The pool consists of a shallow area where the small children can play and a deep area where you can swim laps or relax.
🛝 For the children there is a playground in the common room.
Activities
🚶In the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful walking and cycling routes and extensive nature reserves. If you prefer to go to the beach, within a 15-minute drive you are at one of the beaches of the Costa Blanca.
🏌️ ♂️For golf enthusiasts, there are several top golf courses nearby
🛍️ Feel like shopping? a 10-minute drive from the apartment is La Zenia boulevard. This is a large open-air shopping center with well-known brands, various restaurants and regular live music. For a day with less weather, there is also an indoor arcade where the youth will have a great time.
🏙️Or visit one of the bustling cities in the area. How about Alicante, Cartagena, Murcia. About a 45-minute drive from the apartment. A day of culture, shopping or sitting on a terrace.
But there is so much more to do in the area that you really won't be bored. How about miniature golf, horseback riding, karting, various water sports, paintballing, quad biking, bowling or visiting markets. Just too many to mention.
🏘️Finally, a little bit about San Miguel de Salinas itself. San Miquel de Salinas is a typical Spanish village, attractively and quietly situated between salt lakes and the sea. You can look for the hustle and bustle yourself, but you will really find peace here. In the village you will find cozy restaurants, several bars, a weekly market and all basic amenities. Characteristic of San Miguel de Salinas are the cave houses (Las Cuevas), which even have a delicious restaurant. A visit to the local church is also worthwhile.
