La Marina is a great holiday destination all year round. 70% of the population lives there permanently, so all facilities are open all year round. La Marina has four different commercial centers that are within walking/cycling distance of the house, all with many nice restaurants, bars and various shops. There are also several large supermarkets, parks, playgrounds, jeux de boules and tennis/padel courts. The beautiful long sandy beaches and dunes of La Marina are 6 kilometers away and the golf course of La Marquesa and La Finca are a 15-minute drive. The comfort of the villa, the great location, the proximity of the beach, the many restaurants and bars and sun all year round make this the ideal villa to celebrate your holiday with family and friends.

Environment
There are several beautiful cities nearby such as Alicante (28 km), Elche (17 km), Cartagena (74 km), Murcia (67 km) and Valencia (186 km). Guardamar (7 km) is a typical Spanish village with a pleasant center, boulevard, a harbor and very nice beaches. Torrevieja (18 km) is a pleasant city for a nice walk on the boulevard and the vibrant nightlife. There are several salt lakes with beautiful walking and cycling routes and the island of Tabarca is also worth a visit. The best climate in Spain

Explanation of prices

  • Bed linen, bath towels, a beach towel, kitchen towels and tea towels are sufficiently available. The beds are made upon arrival.
  • Electricity is not included in the price. Due to the increased energy prices, we charge € 0.35 per kWh. The costs are deducted from the deposit.
  • Compulsory final cleaning and personal key collection € 180 per stay.
  • Deposit €550 (if no damage has been observed by the manager, the amount minus the costs for electricity will be returned within a week after the check-out date).
  • The booking is final after receipt of the down payment (50% of the total rent). The remaining amount, including the deposit, must be paid no later than six weeks before the arrival date. If the arrival date is six weeks before departure or less then full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

La Marina has a very fine sandy beach. Also ideal for children to play.
The beach is approx. 10 minutes by car and in the summer there is a free bus to and from the beach. The bus stop is about a 15 minute walk away.
Approx. 10 km from the villa is the beautiful golf course La Marquesa.
Approx. The pleasant city of Alicante is a 40-minute drive from the villa. Nice center with a long promenade, many shops, restaurants, bars, beautiful buildings, a castle, large international harbor and a nice beach. There are many parking garages in the city, but at the harbor there is a nice parking garage with spacious parking spaces.
About 5km. from the villa is the beautiful, elongated park Alfonso. You can enjoy walking and cycling here and at the entrance in the center of Guardamar is a cozy bar with a large outdoor terrace.
