In La Marina/San Fulgencio you will find this 7 pers. villa with a modern interior. Fully equipped with air conditioning, 4 bedrooms, an open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, internet, TV  and a private swimming pool. A spacious comfortable living room with two times a beautiful corner sofa, an armchair and a beautiful modern 6 pers. Dining area. Only 20 min. from the airport and 8 minutes away from the most beautiful beach in Spain, where you can still walk through the dunes. There is a possibility to rent the house for a longer period of time.
The swimming pool 40 M2  has a saltwater installation which is a safer and healthier situation and can be heated. The total surface is 500 M2 with 2 covered terraces where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner. In  2017 a large outdoor kitchen was installed with a sink, sink with tap and a barbeque.
A beautiful garden with Citrus, Palm trees and a table tennis table (outdoor). 
A terrace with terrace table and accompanying terrace chairs and sunbeds. If you come with a baby, a high chair and cot can be arranged.
Don't forget your tennis racket, within walking distance are sports fields with tennis, football, hockey, handball and squash courts.
Also within walking distance shops and eateries. If you want to go to a Dutch snack bar or Dutch bar, you are there within 10 minutes by car.  The Dutch supermarket Hollands welvaren is also located in La Marina.
You can rent Bicycles or scooters 125 cc, in Guardemar and Oruhela Costa

If you want to go shopping, go to the large shopping center Zenia or in the evening to the boulevard in Torrevieja.
In the house there is an annimation book in which everything is described in detail.

Flying can be done with different airlines.
Ryan air flies from Maastricht, Eindhoven, Amsterdam, Brussels and from the German town of Weeze to Alicante with often cheap tickets. Transavia flies from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Maastricht and Eindhoven to Alicante.
In winter, the house can be heated by means of a pallet heater and heating via the air conditioning. You will love the peace and privacy. Due to the location of the house on the south, it is wonderful to stay in the winter months, when the sun is shining.
1 bedroom has a TV with Netflix.
