Villa with pool, garden and parking

This villa, located in Rojales, is ideal for up to 4 people. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool (8m x 3m). The garden is completely enclosed.
There are several terraces where you can enjoy the sun, a book or a drink. So ideal to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. There is a terrace on each floor and on the solarium you can enjoy a view of the salt lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja. The house is equipped with numerous facilities such as WiFi, TV Flanders, Chromecast, BBQ, garden furniture, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, safe, drying rack, ironing equipment, cleaning products, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner,... The villa has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with a double bed and 1 on the 1st floor with two single beds. The adjacent bathrooms are equipped with a sink, a shower and a toilet. The cleaning costs, the linen package, water and electricity costs are included in the rental price! If there is an additional consumption of electricity (>25 kWh/day). then this will be charged via the deposit at €0.30/kWh. This is to prevent the air conditioning from always running.
The deposit must be paid separately on site to the key manager. There is a separate private parking space next to the house (included in the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are also not allowed. Parties are also not allowed.

We work on site with a key manager. This person will receive you in our home and will take care of cleaning the home, general explanation, handing over the linen package, and guidance in case of emergency. You call this person when you depart from the airport and he will meet you on site. If you come by car, please call one hour before arrival.

The beach is 5 km away. There are also two large natural salt lakes within walking distance: the Salinas of Torrevieja and La Mata. These salt lakes have been a protected natural park since 1989. The nature park has extensive facilities including cycle paths, picnic areas, signposted walking routes and bird observatories. There are several golf courses nearby. There are 2 water amusement parks within a few kilometers. Daily markets in the area. Culture is also not lacking: visit the nearby cities of Alicante, Murcia, Elche, Cartagena, Orihuela, Torrevieja. Shopping: Habaneras has been the major shopping center in the area for many years. The new La Zenia Boulevard has been added since September 2012. There are approximately 150 shops and eateries here. There is an information folder on site with, among other things, house rules, information about weekly markets, relaxation, sights to see, general information.

A supermarket (Consum) is 300 meters walking distance from the house. There is a fresh department for bread, vegetables, fruit, fish, meat, cheese and charcuterie. You will find absolutely everything there!

In the center of Ciudad Quesada (2.5 km from the house) the options are even more extensive, such as a Belgian bakery, pharmacy, cafes, bars, restaurants, bicycle rental, fitness, bowling, aqua park, launderette, hairdresser, shopping center, etc.... .

Airports to be used are; Corvera - Murcia (80km) and Alicante (35km).

- We work with a key manager on site. This person will receive you in our home and is responsible for cleaning the home, welcoming you and explaining the home, handing over the linen package and is the point of contact in case of emergencies or problems.

- Regarding arrival and departure times, a certain degree of flexibility is applied, if possible. Arrangements for this are made between the key manager and the tenant. The normal arrival time is between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the normal departure time is 10 a.m. Exceptions to hours are therefore only in consultation. Very late check-in or very early check-out is possible, but will incur a 25 euro fee.

- The tenant receives 2 sets of keys. Each set contains 3 keys, namely the communal entrance, the private entrance and the front door.

- The linen package: the cleaning price is free and includes:
- 1 beach towel, 1 large bathroom towel, 2 small bathroom towels, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dish towels per person and 1 floor towel per bathroom.
- per bedroom: 2 pillowcases, 1 bottom sheet, 1 cover and 1 mattress protector.

- Cleaning the house is free. The beds are made in advance.  

- Deposit: 300 euros in cash to be paid by the tenant to the key manager. Any damages, to be paid by the tenant, will be determined in consultation between the tenant, the key manager and the owner.

- Renting for a longer period: rental prices by mutual agreement.
