Casita Pura Vida is a lovely house with a beautiful private pool, barbecue and canopy. 

It is centrally located in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, which is a beautiful area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and several supermarkets nearby. 

By car it is a 10-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura, which is usually seen as the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. Aquapark Rojales and La Marquesa golf club 100 meters away are also very close.

The space

There are 3 double bedrooms. Two rooms with a double bed and 1 room with two single beds.

There is 1 bathroom and 1 outdoor shower.

There is a baby cot and high chair and car seat available free of charge (please let us know if you want to use this in the reservation)

All bedrooms + the living room are air-conditioned.

We also have a private swimming pool, which is maintained weekly.

Free good and fast Wi-Fi, ideal for people who want to work remotely

Spacious outdoor area with a barbecue under the canopy

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Power consumption: we offer guests 15 kWh free of charge per day. For the additional consumption, we charge € 0.70 per kWh. This is settled at the end of the stay based on the meter readings.

Cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
