This beautiful villa is located on a plot of approximately 40,000 m2 on the Costa Blanca 15 km behind Benidorm, in the mountains near the town of Relleu. This villa was completed at the end of 2014 and is suitable for 6 people. It is also possible to stay with 8 people, then 4 people can sleep in 1 bedroom.

For a stay with 100% privacy, you have come to the right place. The villa is quietly situated on a large plot with a view over the valley and beautiful mountains. Watching the sunset from the pool is especially pure enjoyment.

The villa has very spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with bar, an 8-person dining table, a living room with a large corner sofa, TV with Dutch channels (Canal Digital) and satellite receiver for internet/WIFI (SkyDSL).

Pay attention! With internet via satellite you can unfortunately not watch unlimited YouTube or stream live. Fortunately , with your own mobile subscription you can now use the internet and call in Spain at the same rate as in NL.

The villa has several terraces where you can enjoy the sun and tranquility.
All terraces have sufficient seating to relax and eat together.

The villa also has a large swimming pool 5m x 10m to cool off in and then relax on one of the luxurious sunbeds. We also have various fun inflatable beds and inflatable animals.

The villa is equipped with solar panels that ensure that you experience a sustainable holiday.
This green electricity provides the entire house with electricity for which you obviously do not pay anything. So no unexpected extra costs afterwards! So nice!
The solar panels ensure that the batteries in the house are charged, in the evening you live from the electricity that is stored in them.
The house is located in the mountains and is easily accessible by car, so no steep roads up.

You will always receive one towel package as standard (4 pieces pp). If you are staying for several weeks, you can choose to book a Mid Stay Clean (cleaning, new towels and bed linen are changed). Don't forget to bring your own beach towel from home for the pool or when you go to the beach.

The nearest beaches are Benidorm and Villajoyosa. Our personal preference to go to is seaside resort Villajoyosa since you can park your car under the boulevard in a parking garage and the beach is a child-friendly beach. In addition, there are nice typical Spanish restaurants where you can eat or drink. In Benidorm there is more 'life, and shops for shopping.

When you look at our profile picture you might think, how is it possible that this young couple already owns such a large villa? This villa was built by our father-in-law, it was his project/dream. Unfortunately due to an unexpected death Jardi has inherited his father's house and so we are now continuing his dream. Walija is therefore an anagram of Walter, Lia and Jardi.
