The bathroom on the middle floor is small, but equipped with all conveniences.
The 2nd bedroom is on the middle floor. Spacious hanging and wardrobes are also available here. The private bathroom is opposite. One of them hangs from the ceiling.
The living room is also a spacious place, we ourselves are never there. (We can always be found below). A game cabinet, books, magazines, cards TV, DVD player and films are sure to be found there. The second balcony can also be a nice place.
The upstairs balcony also has a daybed and a place to sit. Beautiful lookout, not to be missed.
The Master Beddroom is equipped with hanging and wardrobes. Air conditioning is available here, also one on the ceiling. Enjoy the beautiful view!
The 4th bedroom is also upstairs. Two spacious beds and wardrobes with extra blankets if necessary. Handy if you want to have the child(ren) close to you.
A spacious 3rd bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, bidet and washbasin can be found upstairs.

The temperature is always right. Also in the winter months there is a lot of sun and temperatures above 20 *. The sea is never colder than 19* we are told; try it yourself.
Visit the most beautiful fish auction in Europe in Alicante. In Villajoisia you may also visit the fish auction, a true spectacle!
The lovely village of Vilajoyosia with its colorful houses form a beautiful backdrop to the beautiful white beach. Good food and drink here, don't forget to wander through it, really a beautiful village to see.
If you want to look forward to the cozy Benidorm with its long boulevard with shopping center or just the old town with its little shops, within half an hour you are there.
In February you can see these fields full of purple flowers between the newly emerging flowering olive trees. Almond trees with beautiful blossom, it is really beautifully landscaped here.
Visit Guadelest and the Cascades of Algar. A great day out, with a beautiful trip through the mountains, the falls and the cozy town of Algar.
White beaches, blue sea, palm trees, shells search, play in the waves, rent a jet ski; this is our favorite beach.
Padel court, tennis court and fitness equipment right on the outskirts of Relleu.

A large terrace where you can relax. The unobstructed view over the mountains gives a lot of peace and satisfaction. Enjoy the sounds of howling foxes, crickets and spot large eagles or even wild boars.
Outside a lovely lounge set with beautiful white Skye leather cushions.
The pool is private, but not suitable for complete privacy that some cultures / faiths want.
Because everything is placed downstairs with sliding windows, you can easily let the wind and/or heat in or not.
The large dining area with 8 chairs is spacious enough for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And don't forget to play games together. The game cabinet is well stocked, have fun!
It's fantastic when someone cooks, bakes, roasts or grills and the rest is watching at the bar. The Boretti outdoor kitchen lends itself to everything. Nespresso coffee machine.
The lounge corner is inside, behind the sliding windows you can quickly sit out of the wind. On cold evenings you can turn on the palette stove.

Villa Walija, exquisitely beautiful and for the first time in the rental. All the stuff in the house are as good as new! Beautiful private swimming pool of 10x5 meters. Relleu is close Finestrat and Benidorm.

Benidorm is a 25 minute drive from the Villa from. Benidorm is a popular Spanish resort and you can also enjoy shopping.
If you have good look around you, then you spot here and there some nice lizards around the villa.
Relleu is a small cozy village that is close to Benidorm.
La Marina, large shopping center nearby, approx. 10 to 15 minutes away.

The mountains of Relleu are very popular with cyclists. Several cycling teams train in this area and pass the villa cycled. We have a price-fixing agreement with http://www.topbikesrental.com/ and can arrange a discount if you want to rent bikes here.
A beautiful villa which runs entirely on solar energy! There is a large pool for the house or 10x5. You will have a wonderful holiday here if you are looking for tranquility and privacy. The crowds can look up for 10-minute drive from La Marina (shopping center)
There is plenty of space next to the pool for sunbathing. Because the villa is a lot higher than the road, you have complete privacy.
