Here it is good to last a few weeks in any season, because the finca has central heating, air conditioning.

You are assured of peace, privacy and nature here and in your private swimming pool you will find the necessary cooling. The 120-year-old finca has been expertly restored while retaining the characteristic details: the natural stone walls known for this region and a very spacious veranda with a spacious dining table, sunbeds and seating area where you will mainly stay.

Furthermore, the finca has a spacious well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room with large patio doors to the terrace, a bedroom on the ground floor and the other bedrooms and two bathrooms can be reached via a loft. And free WIFI available.

Los Almendros is 120 meters away from Finca Mas de Pau, this is the closest house that is also owned by us.

The area is ideal for a wonderful relaxing holiday, beautiful hiking areas with routes for the beginner and the expert, various climbing walls for the mountaineers at about fifteen minutes
drive from Los Almendros.

For those who want to play golf, there are several golf courses within a 20-minute drive

Also there are great theme parks the same distance from Los Almendros, Terramitica, Terra natura, Agualandia, Paintball, there is something for everyone.

There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area, in the village of Relleu 10 minutes away, in Finestrat or Vilajoyosa, plenty of choice. We are of course here to give you tips on where to go or eat.

Vilajoyosa has a total of 8 wonderful beaches, the large sandy beach is ideal for the town itself
Also for children as it is shallow for quite a long time. Here you can take long walks on the beach or boulevard or enjoy a terrace of one of the many restaurants. For those who prefer a quiet beach, "EL PARAISO", just south of Vilajoyosa, is a must, on this idyllic beach it is not really busy even in August, there are also several beach bars for a snack or nice drink.
All beaches are about a 20-minute drive from Finca Los Almendros

We are Marion and Paul. We came to Spain in 1978 and immediately felt at home here. After many years of successfully operating two restaurants on the coast, we decided to take it a bit easier in 1998 and we sold the restaurants and our house on the coast. We accidentally ran into a Ruin (what today Finca Los Almendros is and has been renting out since early 2009) in Relleu, in the mountains near Alicante and were immediately sold by the peace and splendor of the area.

In 1 word fantastic with the capital H
We have a wonderful
had a holiday in your fantastic finca .. We felt ditect
At home. Tastefully decorated, fully equipped and delicious
slept.

We have completely relaxed, the privacy, the pool, the
beautiful view and the silence around us, a silence that you almost
nowhere to be found.. Everything close by, the sea, the crowds, sometimes just as nice
but if we had been in busy Benidorm for a while, we would have been
glad we drove home again.

We have already rented many houses but never such sweet owners
seen. On arrival there was a delicious almond cake in the fridge
with a bottle of champagne. On the table a bottle of red wine with chips, she
are friendly, give all the information you want and are very
helpful. The washing machine broke down and the owner showed up in no time
bring his tractor a new one.

Top destination!
It was a privilege to be in
to stay in this house. It really doesn't help us
missing. Even when it rained for a few days we were fine
entertained with the extensive film and book collection in the house.
Lovely bed, nice large shower, cozy kitchen with everything on it
it, lovely seats on the terrace with a breathtaking view and
a lovely swimming pool. If you can't relax here...

Special thanks to Marion for the perfect service and the delicious date
and almond bread.

The busy tourist coast; Benidorm, Calpe were not for us.
But we have been to the atmospheric town of Villajoyosa a lot, yet
not a 20 minute drive. There are nice little beaches there, nice
shops and very good restaurants by the sea. Especially restaurant Cabanon
we thought it was great. (The Rosselini steak, the ham croquettes and the
bread with fresh ailoli and tomato tapenade are not to be missed)

The city of Alicante, just over half an hour's drive away, is also great to visit
shopping, admiring the boats along the harbor and eating tapas.

We never actually go to the same holiday home, but now consider
We do, because it's going to be hard to top this.

Beautiful area, beautiful house.
Beautiful area, beautiful house. And despite the mass tourism, the cities in the area are worth a visit.

Lovely house!
What a lovely house! Everything
what you need is there, the service is very good, the owners are
attentive and can cook delicious! The location is nice, and there are a
some nice villages to visit. Directly from the house you can enjoy beautiful
to walk. The pool is also very nice and the beach is close.

back to the 2 weeks we spent here. Beautiful home,
great terrace, wonderful surroundings, peace, privacy etc. With special
thanks to Marion, for whom nothing was too much! We'll be happy to come back.

Sehr nette Betreuung, tolles
Haus mit Pool und Schöner Aussicht. If 5er Gruppe, die zum Klettern
nach Sella fahren wollte, hatten wir nichts zu meckern. Der prize ist
(war Nebensaison --> 490€ für eine Woche Gesamtpreis) sensationell.
Insgesamt were wir alle mehr als zufrieden.

Das Essen von Marion (besonders das Lamm) sollte man sich nicht entgehen
welding.

The house is beautiful and located in a nice quiet area.

For a carefree, peaceful
holiday in a beautiful green (in spring), mountainous environment,
with the coast not far away ... this is the place to be!

great from the arrival!

Cleaned up, nice details, very good equipment and 3 separate sleeping
roman.

The house is located in a beautiful landscape with view to the Puig
Campana. We stayed there as a rock climbing party of five people and
were very pleased. The owners are very nice and respond quickly. pole,
BBQ, everything is available. Never had such a great environment around!

The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. An extensive
kitchen layout. The full package. Internet I don't know if
that is possible. Wasn't necessary for us.

If you want to enjoy peace and quiet, this is a great place to stay. A car
is necessary if you want to visit the area.
