El Sol Blanco is located on top of a mountain and has a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The quiet location ensures that you can relax and enjoy the large terrace and private swimming pool. The villa was completed in December 2018 and is fully equipped. In December 2023, the entire house was given a new coat of paint, inside and out. Enjoy the sunset on the roof terrace with a glass of wine or a game of jeu de boules in the garden.

House layout:
Upon entering through the front door there is a small storage room on the right with a washer/dryer combination. The space next to it is a bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with a lovely freestanding bath.
The living room and kitchen is in the middle of the house. From the living room you can walk straight onto the sunny terrace. On the left side of the house there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. The roof terrace can be reached via a staircase from the side of the house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Mandatory final cleaning € 125.00

Electricity | 140 KW per week included. Meter difference € 0.30 per Kwh extra

The deposit is € 200 and will be refunded within two weeks after departure, possibly minus additional electricity consumption and settled damages.

When booking we ask for a down payment of 20% of the total rental price, cleaning costs and the deposit. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay.
If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the check-in date, 50% of the rental price is due. No refund of the rental amount will be made within 30 days before arrival.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

Conditions:

-Smoking is not allowed inside.
-We do not accept (bachelor) parties or youth groups.
