The shaded corner under the pergola is the ideal place to relax on the lounge sofa on hot summer days, read or just enjoy the silence and the view of the blue sea.
If you are looking for liveliness, the wide, golden beach of Oliva is only a fifteen-minute drive away. Less than ten minutes away you will find Pego, a charming town with several supermarkets, local shops and atmospheric restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine.
If you want to discover even more, then Denia is definitely recommended. Within half an hour you are between the cozy streets, visit the impressive castle and the lively harbor full of restaurants and terraces. A place where culture, gastronomy and Mediterranean conviviality come together beautifully.
Layout El Sol Blanco:
Upon entering through the front door is a small storage room with a washer / dryer combination on the right. The space next to it is the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with shower/toilet and a freestanding bath.
The living room and kitchen are in the middle of the house. From the living room you can walk straight onto the sunny terrace with the lovely swimming pool. To the left of the house are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The roof terrace can be reached via the side of the house with a staircase.
